About Mr. Gabriel Boavista Laender LL.M.

Gabriel Boavista Laender is Telecommunication Advisor to the Chief of Staff at the Executive Office of the President of Brazil and technical coordinator of regulation at the National Broadband Plan Task Force. He has a LL.M from the University of Brasília, where he is currently undertaking a PhD program in Law and Regulation. He teaches Telecommunication Law at the Centre for Communication Policy, Law, Economics and Technology (CCOM) and is a senior researcher at the Telecommunication Law Study Group (GETEL/UnB).
