Challenges of transformation, that are not limited to borders and regions - but must be answered on a global scale. The WCIT 2010 provides the opportunity for such reflection, and -above all- for recommendations and policies to ensure that such changes result in new opportunities for all.

Through panel discussions, breakout sessions and an extensive social program, the WCIT delegates will be stimulated to exchange their views on the specific conditions for guaranteeing positive effects of change for all. Their challenge is to determine the new guidelines for our new future of accelerated change.
